My Specialist Approach

I utilise an Integrative, trauma-informed approach. My practice is built on a Person-Centred foundation of empathy, combined with Psychodynamic insights to identify deep-seated patterns. I blend these with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Somatic Grounding to address the biological 'why' behind your symptoms, providing you with a clear roadmap for recovery.
