I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation to discuss your therapeutic goals and ensure my approach aligns with your needs.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

I offer 50-minute sessions tailored to your therapeutic goals. Fees are location-dependent:


  • Online & West London: £80 
  • Central London (Harley Street): £160


While most clients find weekly sessions most effective, we can discuss a frequency that best suits your pace and lifestyle.

I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spaces for individuals on lower incomes. Please enquire for current availability and to discuss your circumstances.
