I utilise a Trauma-Informed, Somatic-led approach. I integrate CBT with Nervous System Regulation techniques. We focus on the 'window of tolerance'—identifying the biological 'why' behind your triggers and flashbacks.

 We move at the pace of your nervous system. Using Somatic Grounding and Focusing, we create a 'felt sense' of safety. We don't just revisit the past; we build the internal resources you need to stay grounded in the present.
