My Specialist Approach

I utilise an Integrative, trauma-informed approach to treating depression. I combine a Person-Centred foundation of safety with Psychodynamic exploration to understand the roots of your low mood. By blending these with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), we address the negative thought loops that keep you stuck.  

The Therapeutic Process

We work at a pace that respects your energy levels. Using Somatic Grounding and Focusing, we move beyond talk therapy to help you identify where 'shutdown' is held in your body. We focus on 'behavioural activation'—finding small, meaningful ways to reintroduce joy and movement into your life.

Focus & Resilience

The goal is Sustainable Vitality. We work to move you from a state of withdrawal to a state of engagement. You will leave our sessions with a practical toolkit to manage low-mood episodes and a deeper understanding of your emotional landscape, allowing you to live with more presence and purpose.
